Honest, Reliable, Professional and Efficient. These were the characteristics we were looking for in a contractor. We found all of these when we met Ken Hogan.
We were initially apprehensive about putting an addition on our home. It can be difficult finding a reputable builder who is honest and is truly concerned about meeting the customer's needs. Our concerns were alleviated following our first meeting with Ken. He was knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very personable, and we immediately felt comfortable talking with him. He listened to our ideas and provided us with useful suggestions and advice. Ken was always available to speak with us whenever we had any questions and he quickly resolved the few problems that arose.
We were provided with a time-line for the job and the addition was completed by the specified date, a rarity with any construction project! Ken assured us that his crew would be neat and that the disruption to our daily lives would be minimal. We found the entire crew to be courteous and conscientious. They arrived on time, did quality work and made every effort to keep the work area a clean as possible.
We would not hesitate to recommend Ken to any of our friends and would definitely use him again in the future.
